Dr. Roger Paez, OD
Dr. Roger Paez is an experienced optometrist with more than 20 years of clinical experience and a distinguished record of leadership and service within the profession of optometry. Dr. Paez earned his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2004 and has built his career around providing comprehensive, personalized eye care and the diagnosis and management of ocular disease. He has completed clinical training at respected eye-care centers and hospitals, including Kendall Eye Institute, Center for Better Vision in Boca Raton, Eye Freedom Clinic in Miami, and clinical facilities in Puerto Rico. Throughout his career, Dr. Paez has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional leadership. He previously served as President of the Southern Nevada Optometric Association and was recognized with the Nevada Optometric Association Leadership Award. He has also served as an Examiner of the National Boards of Optometry and as clinical faculty at the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Optometry, helping educate and mentor future optometrists. Dr. Paez is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular diseases and disorders and has maintained professional affiliations with organizations including the American Optometric Association, Nevada Optometric Association, and Florida Optometric Association. At Paez Eyecare, Dr. Paez brings this extensive clinical experience, professional leadership, and commitment to excellence directly to his patients. His philosophy is simple: provide thorough, personalized care while taking the time to understand each patient’s individual vision and eye-health needs. Dr. Nicole Yontz, O.D.
Dr. Nicole Yontz is a compassionate and highly regarded optometrist known for building genuine relationships with her patients and providing personalized, attentive eye care.
